Decision Relieving Liquidation Trustee of Komercijalna banka d.d. Tuzla of His Duties
NOTIFICATION
On January 31st, 2020, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Banking Agency passed on a request of liquidation trustee of Komercijalna banka d.d.Tuzla, in liquidation, a Decision Relieving Momcilo Stjepanovic of his duties as liquidation trustee of Komercijalna banka d.d. Tuzla, in liquidation, appointing at the same time, in accordance with Article 221(3) of the Banking Law (“Official Gazette of the Federation of BIH”, 27/17) Hazim Skapur as a new liquidator of Komercijalna banka d.d. Tuzla, in liquidation.
