How to file a complaint?

A process before an Ombudsman may be initiated by a financial service user or a guarantor by filing a written complaint (request), after having exhausted all legal protection options in a process before a financial institution (internal process) and if having considered that the financial institution does not adhere to the agreement, law or other regulation. The complaint (request) shall be accompanied with documentation and evidence attesting to what has been stated therein.
